Mark your calendars!  GLENDA will be helping the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank (http://www.pittsburghfoodbank.org/) with food repacking that will then be sent to local area food banks for those in need. GLENDA will be volunteering at the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank in Duquesne on Saturday, February 23, from 9:00AM to 1:00PM helping to repack bulk products or salvaged items.  The Foodbank is located at 1 North Linden Street in Duquesne. They are in the  Riverside Industrial Park, across the street from Duquesne Shopping Center in Duquesne off of Rt. 837. Volunteers must be 12 years old and no open toed shoes or sandals are permitted. An optional breakfast may be on tap beforehand if anyone would be intersested. I am open to any suggestions to where we can meet.
