Dreams Of Hope Fundraiser
GLENDA has been given an opportunity to help Dreams Of Hope, a creative and performing arts group for GLBT youth and allies, make their March 13 fundraiser, Banding Together for Dreams of Hope, a success. The event will be held at the Edgewood Club from 7:00-10:00 p.m. and will feature music and cabaret style musical theater, food and beverages, auctions, and raffles.
GLENDA has been asked to arrive by 6 p.m. that evening, and to assist with bartending and food help, silent auction checking, and cleanup lasting no more than 30 minutes post-event. Also, for anyone who may not be able to volunteer in the evening, the group is also in need of help with table and chair setup the morning of the event.
